As part of the scheduled MetroCloud maintenance (Tuesday, June 22 and Wednesday, June 23), some users, depending on their current software configuration, will be prompted to update their clients on their machines. Users receiving this prompt are encouraged to complete the update. Though not required, the updated software will ensure optimum performance.
MetroCloud Client Update Instructions
Upon seeing this prompt, click the link to proceed.
Upon clicking the link, you will be taken to the webpage below. Select the top button to start the new download process.
The following prompt will appear. Click “Next” to continue.
Choose where on your machine to save the downloaded file. Click “Next” to begin the download.
You are now ready to begin the install. Click “Finish” to begin the installation.
Upon installation, your updated MetroCloud client software will be ready to function.
